Cathedral Cove is one of the attractions on the Coromandel Peninsula in North Island New Zealand. The cathedral-shape rock arc is a symbol of Cathedral Cove. The cave and the beach was used as the tunnel through which the Pevensie children first re-enter Narnia in the movie version of The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian. The northern region of North Island has a lot of white sandy beaches to offer, ideal place for relaxing in summer.

The colorful Champagne Pool located at Waitomo New Zealand is a 700 year old explosion crater filled with hot water spring. It has steep sides and 62 metres deep. The orange colored edge contains arsenic and antimony sulphur compounds rich in minerals including gold and silver. New Zealand has a lot of volcanic wonders, such as the Tongariro National Park (where the Lord of The Ring was filmed), Lake Taupo, and Rotorua.

Milford Sound is a must-go place when you visit Fiordland National Park,in South West of New Zealand. Milford Sound is a fjord and it only has few sunny days in a year as it's known as the wettest inhabited place in New Zealand, depends on one's luck. The sound gives a great mirror effect panoramic view.
