Extremely strong winds all day but I still manage to do more than 5O K today. Keeping to the side of the river and just below the trees progress is slow and painful. Had a number of pleasant swims though - this heat!!!
Next I discover that the charger for my phone is on the blink and that my bank has cancelled my debit card. I cant get any cash!!
Bad things happen in threes, right? Wrong - there is a thunder storm with heavy rain all night keeping me awake...
