Cups of caught fish line across the Galata Bridge on stools as fisherman continue their long day of fishing. The migration of fish in Autumn causes a frenzy as fisherman with multiple hooks line the Bosphorus river looking to catch a variety of fish including the Lufer and Mackerel.

A lone fisherman is at home fishing on the Galata Bridge in Istanbul. Accompanied with a plush antique chair where he has laid his jacket, the fisherman baites his hook. During the autumnal period dozens if not hundreds gather on the bridge over the Bosphorus river as migratory fish head for warmer waters in the Aegean sea.

This fisherman has wrapped up warm for a long day holding his line. Accompanied by a deep bucket for his catch his aim is to fill it with migrating fish in the Bosphorus River.
