One the way back to Wilpena Pound one evening the moon was going down. The tree in the dip of the perimeter of the pound stood out. It is by the light of the silvery moon. It was so serene and the night sky was amazing with very bright stars. I think it was nature showing a softer side of the Flinders Ranges but the tree by itself, also emphasised the isolation of the area. The silhouette of the image also hides a lot of the unknown of the area.
