hello friends. thank you for coming along and love getting notes :) had fun at mrkt last eve with food. as i mentioned i have a cup i take. they laugh at me but willing put my what ever in there. small mkt everyone know i there of course and commenting across stalls. good natured so i not feel the sticking out foreign so uncomfortably as some times walking in parts of town and being laughed at. on back to hotel sunset.
no water machines in this town :( so hadda buy a bottle. got quiet eventually nice. and opened window, inside little mossie tent of course. cool in night. about 5ish street market setting up. is a clothing dry goods primarily. not the wet market of fruit veg meat etc. but bought couple things for rode. couple wanted me to buy their offering, ok i did. teeth shatteringly sweet. some batter like fallen whipped egg whites in pan thinner then crepe, then filled with shredded sweetened? coconut, And brown sugar and chia seeds. made my eyes roll back i think. so much of world ive traveled in sweet and meat and more of it. rice corn or wheat, one of, holding it all together.
off down the road. clouds cooler. bigger trees more frequently. couple stops here there view river or temple. the food stops so often rewarding with interactions. cant really talk but do get few things conveyed and people most always interested and impressed. two always questions. one person? and how old are you? again map not reflecting reality, but do arrive.
odd town from this end. long spread out where is center where is river. signs to rail station but seem head out of congestion anyway get reasonable hotel happy with, but of course is not close down town. walk couple klicks find bustle of markets. a large in door, white tile stalls, over head sky lights. no not as upscale as that sounds but nice. ask for cyber. hard convey but eventually do get it across. wimmin discussing how where etc. one of them decide will just ride me on moto. off we go here i am. so now on to rest of aft. see what i find. longish walk back see different route perhaps. love and thanx
