Forodhani Night Market comes to life in Stone Town, Zanzibar. A quiet energy and bustle characterises the area. Local Zanzibaris set up stalls and grills and offer some of the most delicious seafood and other local delicacies you can find.

Softly hissing paraffin lamps provide ample light to the wares on offer, it is a basic market but that rawness gives the place a wonderful appeal. A throw back to more simple times.
