HEMS teams provide fast rescue support and transport patience from hospital to hospital. Unfortunately many times
the system is abused and hospitals call for transport assistance to patience that don't require fast transport. They do this just to cut cost. Due to complicated system of subsidiary helicopter transport is cheaper for hospital that the ambulance one.
