Jodhpur was under the sign of “rest”. We had a hotel with a nice roof top view of the old town and the fort. We wandered around the narrow street flanked by old typical 2 story buildings. This created lots of shad and made the streets cool as we were hidden of the midday sun. Using the Clock Tower as a landmark we navigated through the winding streets and we turned a corner we found the vibrant and colour full market place. On the market place we went into a “Hotel” thinking we could have a lunch but it was a “lassi bar” with only 2 choices in the menu, lassi and lassi.
