    Jivan, a Rickshaw puller by profession, sharing his time by talking to his old mother and family members, in the courtyard of his humble dwelling. He has four children, and none of them go to school. Lack of education is a major cause of poverty in this part of India. Views[297] A slightly affluent sister of the village Headman, sitting in her house, with fire tray, on the chilly winter morning. Her family is educated and she understands the problem of the people, so she helps in mobilizing the people of the village to send their children to school. Views[237] Kishan, who runs a small cycle repair shop, smiles with his wife and sister in front of his dilapidated house. He has no money to repair his house.
