We are leaving Rajasthan/Uttar Pradesh today and heading for Haryana to Pataudi Palace (owned by the family of famous cricket legend Nawab Mansur Ali Khan and Bollywood superstars Sharmila Tagore and Saif Ali Khan). Incidentally Saif (Hollywood equivalent of Tom Cruise) was there 2 weeks before we got there!!!
My friend Monica's wedding took place here and it was soooooo beautiful and magical. The whole palace was decked out in flowers and lights and looked so pretty. Peacocks were wandering about the grounds and the whole atmosphere was truly romantic and the perfect place for Monica and David to tie the knot. There was lots of music and dancing and partying and we had fun helping out and dressing the grooms side of the family in saris.
