I have always had a passion for pictures and cameras. At twelve, my uncle introduced me to the first DSLR and looking back I was probably as fascinated by how the camera looked and felt, as much as the pictures that could be taken with it!

I am a very active member of the photographic society in my college, where a group of photography enthusiasts meet every week to share and critique our photos and techniques. This is the highlight of my week!

My interest in traveling has been lifelong and I have been mainly active in the last 5 years, when I achieved funds allowing me to travel extensively around the Middle East, central-eastern Europe, Malaysia and Massachusetts.

I think I should be chosen because I am eager to learn, passionate about new people and places, and I thrive when I am outside my comfort zone.

I think photography has allowed me to see the world in a totally unique way and this is especially true when traveling to a new environment. I try to see beyond the obvious everyday tourist view, making me much more appreciative of everywhere I go. I value personal, real life photos and, if chosen, I will work hard to prove you right and do the best job that I can.
