I was born in India and have lived most of my life in Melbourne, Australia. I've been wanting to go travelling for about 16 years now, since I started working, but my job has kept me away from this endeavour.
Sometimes, you just get to a point in your life when you wonder what it's all about and isn't it time to go follow those dreams that you were working to achieve? There's got to be more to life than just working.
This trip is the result of those ponderings.
I'm keeping a journal of this trip, and while most of my thoughts have made it into the stories published on this site, there's a lot that's just for me, or not for "general consumption" :-)
I warn you that I have an incredible appetite for detail, so I have included it in my stories. Believe it or not, these are the EDITED versions of the full stories I've actually written down.
I don't know what to expect on this trip, but I look forward to embracing it all.
