Dear Internet,
I am writing this on suggestion of my Aunt, who suggested I blog my travels. Good idea, they must run in the family. This is the first blog I have ever written so it's probably going to be dodgy but hey, at least I'll be remembering my time.
So I guess this is where I discuss what I'm doing and where I'm going. I am going to the USA. Nowhere exotic, or fancy or unique. Just the plain old USA. But it shall be amazing. Two friends of mine and I, are hiring a campervan and driving in a rather large circle around the country, starting and finishing in LA. We shall be doing this for 2 months. Everything is booked and paid for, and it's just the waiting game, which is the worst part. But, it also gives us time to plan, coz though we pretty much know where we want to go, we haven't really planned out much of a time/driving plan. Even though we don't want to completely plan everything, nothing like spontaneous exploration of a different country, but we do need some sort of plan. Oh, I guess I better mention when we are leaving as well, not until June 2011, so less than 200 days away!! (Yes I am counting!)
So that's pretty much it so far, not that I expect anyone to read this, only those who I'm silly enough to tell this blog about. If by some chance someone comes along who has been to the USA before, feel free to list as many tips/suggestions/warnings/whatever on places to see and things to do. They will be appreciated.
