Apart from travel books and pamphlets, I will be reading a few works of fiction during my trip. These include three books of short stories, a novel and The Enchiridion.
I may include quotes as I go and they no doubt will inform the mood and tone of my writing.
Here's the list of titles: The Door in the Wall - H.G. Wells (short stories), The Adulterous Woman - Albert Camus (short stories), Steel and other stories - Richard Matheson (short stories), Mao II - Don DeLillo, Enchiridon - Epictetus (A compilation by his students).
I'll probably pick up a few more as I go.
