Peter's Trip To India

Day 1

SOUTH KOREA | Saturday, 17 December 2011 | Views [394]

The bright orange ball tumbled towards his food dish.  He dutifully trotted over and picked it up, wedging it between his teeth.  It was an American football, a mini one, but they called it - little rugby ball.  Peter had just thrown it again, but it was stuck between two 15L bottles of water, so Charlie was scratching at them, whining a little.

This was the day he would fly out to Singapore, via Beijing, his eventual destination being Chennai, India.

For the last two nights he hadn't slept well, he was always like this before a trip, his nervous energy peaking.  Now as he typed, his head hurt a little and his eyelids felt somewhat weighted, but that would all change, he knew, once he got on the road.

He hoped he didn't have a cold coming on - Vitamin C - and a few other home remedies flashed across his worrying mind, he would take all his vitamins and a few extra garlic pills, just to make sure.

The windows infront of him were frosted over, it was well below freezing last night.  Charlie was nosing around next to the computer, under the desk, what was he looking for?  He went over to the suitcase and gave it a good sniffing.
