In the center of the capitol, Taipei, lies a place people seldom noticed--The Hua-Guang community. Due to the government's renovation plan of the metropolis, the community is subject to reconstruction. Yet, in there were citizens who came to Taipei to work and live decades ago. Now, they are all senior citizens and with their homes torn apart, they were forced to move to suburban. Hua-Guang community is now fading.
