Woke up early. I can see the sea from my bed out the back window. Drove to homestead and reinflated tyres with compressor. Drove along Warroora East (dirt) Road to 14 mile beach camp ground. Lots of caravans. Continued along Warroora East Road for very rough 7kms to main road then 150km to Exmouth. Stopped at info centre to have a shower for $5 and get 40 litres drinking water, refuelled and food shopping. Continued onto Yardie Creek, met Marg and set up tent. Ground is rock hard and no shade. Marg cooked spag bol. Not much wind overnight. Slept with mesh door only.
