This was the view that I was enjoying having just woken up on the road to milford sound in fiordland. Sadly, I got told off shortly after taking the picture by a grumpy camper who was disturbed by our arrival the night prior. I'm lucky we didn't get him out of bed apparently. Phew!

Fiordland has a 36 mile long 10 mile wide lake called lake te anau and it was our bath time location one morning. This week, we have been mostly bathing in somewhat invigorating glacier fed lakes. Bath time doesn't take long.

There's a traffic light at the entrance to a tunnel that goes right through a mountain on the way to milford sound. I turned off the ignition and took a picture. There are waterfalls everywhere from the melting glaciers.
