I saw this place in the evening when we arrived in Santa Cruz and went there the next morning for a drink. Coffee there comes with four shots of espresso as standard. I had one and was wide awake for the drive to Santa Barbara, but it did make my tummy a bit squiffy. Guess that's why they call it bad ass.

There was a big fairground in Santa cruz, and Lisa decided that it'd be rude to not go on one or two of them. She's really brave on things like that. I'd prefer to take pictures than bring my breakfast back up!

Hmm.. Somehow you're back in San Francisco again. This was a street that Lisa and I found on our hike around the city. I recognised a lot of the streets from car chase scenes in various movies. The whole city, like most of America was set out in grids with square roads so this street was a bit of a novelty. It was comically windy and stuck there in the middle of San Francisco.
