These scary big pipes were running alongside the road for about a dillion miles to a place that I had planned to use as a lunch stop called Tarraleah. I think they're something to do with a power plant, and Tarraleah was a town for the workers. Everything was closed. It was spooky and I got no lunch 'til Derwent bridge at about 17:00. No wonder the beer got me so squiffy.

Now... Imagine if you will, that you're a large ant, living on a fallen eucalypt that looks out to Lake St Clair. This is what you'd see of me as I enjoy the view. It took ten ants, and a lot of explaining for me to get this picture. In the end, they took it in exchange for 1cm2 of Cadbury brunch bar. I'm told that it will feed their colony for two days, so it's a pretty good deal. Brunch bars have been my main source of food for a while, and I'm tired of them now. The ants were happy. I was happy. Everyone's a winner!
