As Rob Oliver, the 28-year old researcher for an advertising agency in London, I spend my day counting down to my next holiday. By night I relive past travel experiences through my blog Orbiterlover.com (an anagram of my name).
Travel has taken me to some far out places: From Bangkok’s Bang Kwang prison to Whitstable Oyster Festival, the Dharavi slums to the New York Stock Exchange.
I want to tell you these stories and hope the one I've shared with you today isn't the last. In fact I hope we can one day collaborate?
As you'll see from my video, I don't have professional production values yet (hell, I made a video about a place, not a person). But as I type this on a damp summer night in London, I can't help but think of the 101 benefits that being chosen for this opportunity would bring.
I have the ability to uncover original insight, with dark and light humour, to a place alien to me. Just think what could be possible...
