These photos were a series that a shot on a trip to the south coast to escape the stress going on at home. the weather while I was up there was overcast and at times wet, which brought with it perfect light conditions for photography. it also brought a certain beauty with it, a quiet and relaxed atmosphere. I started by sitting at this one beach in narooma and simply shot everything that just casually went by me or caught my eye.
My name is nyree schaefer and have been playing around with photography since i was 14, i even went to tafe once to study photography but soon had to leave due to huge costs. i still when i get the time will take the camera and shoot something that either inspires or moves me and tells a story. I like to photograph things as they are and dont like to manipulate them too the point where they are unrecognizable. the most beautiful photographs are the one that capture a moment in time and tell a story without needing any words
