My Photo scholarship 2011 entry

This image was shot in late afternoon just as the light was starting to fade away into the night. I shot with a wide apeture and a slow shutter speed, to take in the last rays of light and to make it seem as time had completey come to a stop. the warm orange glow of the sand, the cool blue colour of the water give a sense of a relaxing and calming atmosphere, where all that you can hear is the crashing of the water on the sand
