Well, we left Phuket yesterday, just as we were getting used to the ocean view from our balcony from the resort we stayed in. Oh well, at least we are getting a taste of different places.

We took a bus from the bus terminal in Phuket town yesterday, and after a 3.5 hour journey we made it to Krabi which was an interesting trip. We have now travelled in all sorts of transport, planes, trains, automobiles, tuk-tuks, motorbikes, bikes and utes used as buses - like an overgrown tuk-tuk!

Here, it is somewhat different to Ayuthaya, Bangkok and Phuket, first of all there are less tourists and the thai people are not as pushy to try to sell their goods and services! We are also within walking distance from the river instead of the beach.  This is the jumping off point to the famous Phi Phi island (used in the movie "The Beach").  There are also other very nice islands close by.  Tommorrow we will be doing a trip to these islands to do some snorkelling.  We will include the photos of our trip to the islands plus others of Phuket etc. soon.
