This is at the Holocaust memorial in Berlin. it contains numerous square stones that are meant to represent the headstones of those killed during the holocaust. if you enter the memorial you quickly become disoriented and confused. It seems to trap you inside and randomly spit you out.

This photo will always hold a place in my heart. It was taken down a hallway in the Auschwitz Concentration Camp. They had several photos of some of the people killed during the genocide. The hallway was completely silent. The only thing you could hear were the sounds of teardrops hitting the floor.

This was taken in Dachau concentration camp in Germany. Dachau has one of the only gas chambers left completely standing. The gas chambers in Auschwitz was blown up in an attempt to hide the atrocities the Nazis were performing. This is one of the twenty burners that were used to burn the bodies of the murdered after they were gassed. The atmosphere here was incredibly absent. I felt no emotion in these places in the sense that I did not know how to feel. I felt sad, but to a point where I felt so unimportant.
