They are provided 600.000 vnđ (~30 usd) every month for food. All of them are cerebral-palsied and they can't control their actions, they just stayed there, cried, slept, even tried to eat their hands for almost time when I was there.

Giang has only 3 fingers on each hand but she can play organ and sing beautifully. In this picture, she is playing organ and singing a song name

He always tried to eat his hand so that it turn pale, and he cried when they tried to pull it out of his mouth. He can't speak, move around, even he can't sit, thus they made this special chair which is also his toilet.
