My Scholarship entry - Ready for a new adventure

Five years ago, I left Buenos Aires to explore the world.
For three years I have lived in New Zealand, where I am able to photograph incredible landscapes and the extraordinary Southern Lights. I have traveled to the rainforests of Tonga, where I experience being alone with my camera and the purity of nature.
Coming from South America I am very lucky to have become a traveler and photographer. I have always supported myself while following my dreams, and use my art to encourage others to do so. I am grateful of the many adventures I have had, and photography is my way to share all those places, landscapes, and people with the world.
The Peruvian Amazon Scholarship immediately resonated with me. I am thrilled by the opportunity to learn from an inspiring professional like Jason. I also wish to get involved with the WWF, and use my art to encourage others to care about the earth, the environment and others, wherever they are. Lastly, I am excited at the chance to use my native language to connect with the Peruvian people and a country very like my home.
I am ready to explore, to learn, to keep my eyes wide open, to be creative, and to shoot!
