    One of the locals from one of the poorest neighborhoods of Beira. Shot with a telephoto lens. The girl probably never knew she was being captured on film. One of my favorite photos from this journey. by: muzungo Views[185] This was taken at the Shot taken in a beach near Beira, called Savane. You needed to cross a small river to get to this beautiful beach and we had to wait for about an hour for a boat to come and pick us up. It was definitely worth the wait! by: muzungo Views[348] This was shot in one of the poorest neighborhoods of Beira: Tchimpaca. A few girls and their mentor practice a dance for a major religious ceremony. When the ceremony started, the dancers were giving the show for us, the visitors, and the leaders got upset and had them dance for them. by: muzungo Views[306] Shot taken on the Highway from Beira to Chimoio. It is very rare to see any car traffic. Roads are mainly for people and they walk and run around it all day long. You must slow down if you travel at night because there is always people crossing the roads and even kids playing next to them. by: muzungo Views[256]
