Bangkok in full swing

THAILAND | Saturday, 2 July 2011 | Views [192]

We got here and went to our guest house - New Siam 2... had a nap..Joyce was bright eyed and busy tailed! We bimbled up to Kohsan road passing a crossdresser - Kirsty took an insant attraction to him/her..not! Haah - Kirsty never ceases to amaze us with her aggression - and it's only day one!

We did some people watching whilst having the most amazing foot massage. Then we strolled round all the stalls and happened upon fisherman pants. Needless to say we bought a few pairs........onward to the Irish pub to watch the tennis....witnessed a near assault - and a creepy 52year old man smothering a 16 year old boy.......Kirsty had a few choice words about him - but they are unprintable......he duly got ejected from the pub!

A tuk tuk journey back to the guest house was like driving in Dubai again - mad driver plus rain = crazy fun - photos to follow! Got back and tried to watch more tennis - took a stroll round the back end of the New Siam and K+Y had brilliant pancakes - scrumptious! Joyce had a beer! - this Singha has a holiday taste...yum............

Day 2 - all up now after a good sleep - on to the culture stuff!Ping Pong show anyone?
