Moalboal is a sleepy town. One or two locals would be at each guesthouse or restaurant, chatting with each other, some of the men out on their boats, a handful of foreigners, mainly solo travellers, diving or sitting at a bar. Then there were the children. So carefree, playing with their mates with wide smiles, radiating pure joy.
