it's free for me to receive calls. But if you do call it, you have to do find out the country code first. I think it's 0011 then 02... then the number. But i just guessed, i could be way off. Anyway - that's my cell if anyone wants to ring me. Not sure how it would work - - but i can get text messages too. (costs me 25cents)
