Even if not situated very far away from where I live, I never had the opportunity, so far, to travel in this part of the country I heard some many wonderful stories off.
I have discoverred breath-taking places as exactly the ones I pictured in my mind. I was so impressed, that I went twice in only one month. The places seen there made me decide having a reportage in what my future journeys brought.
It is amazing how people in this part of the world managed to conserve their traditions and identity throughout the centuries.
Even if, nowadays, it seems 'old fashion', one can find in each elderly's houses well hidden in preserved chests at least one traditional outfit.
The place is so full of offers which made it really hard for me to decide whether I was to show you the people and the places or just the elements that I considerred as being land's trademark.
This time, I chose to show you more of a spiritual side rather then the material one, by selecting some key elements found in the Poienile Izei's households.
