The Coast Track - Sydney's Royal National Park

Hiding at the ankles of tightly packed acacia and myrtle trees, the delicate Bush Pea dots the northern end of the Coast Track. Flowering occurs progressively along the stem with each blossom less than 1 cm wide. Listed as Vulnerable, it fans its wings to ephemerally gleam the sun’s gold.
