"My legs best describe myself" : While documenting France during the ASP, I found that during this international sports event thousands of people from around the globe come together. All different characters from different cultures all sharing one thing in common. A passion for the Surf and the ASP. Therefore I decided to document the people who went to the event, not the ones who were competing. One of the surfers body guards stands waiting for Kelly Slater after his heat. I asked him for a portrait but he refused, I then asked for a photo of just his legs and we both agreed, his legs did best describe his character.
