These sheds are in use for only a few weeks of the year. when the canola harvest is on. This particular shed holds 200,000 tones of grain when full.

Empty canola grain sheds at Bogan Gate, NSW. This shed holds 20,000 tones of grain when full. Harvest starts in about 2 to 3 weeks.

This freight train (about 1km long) only comes through Bogan Gate once a day. It doesn't stop or even toot its horn, just passes on by. Good thing too as there is no-one around to catch it.
