The hotel room is soooo warm but figured outside would be a bit cooler, wrong - its alot colder. Our hands didn't leave our pockets for most of the day. After we finished the taxi ride stuck in traffic for ages we spent a cold morning at the Panda Breeding Centre and it was fantastic, the Panda's (Red and Giant) were abit sleepy but we saw a couple moving and one really enjoying a good lunch. We then moved on to town to supplement our inadequate supply of warm clothing and were delighted with the prices and did alot of smiling and nodding in return for the help we got from sales assistants. Bring on the Mandarin lesson's, I am hanging out to learn some.
