Because it was such a gorgeous day, I decided to tag along with Seb on his kite excursion. It was windy (too windy for me, actually), but worth the trip. Pinaroo Point was the destination, and it was a kite mecca this afternoon. It was also fantastically pretty. (I'm running out of adjectives to describe the beaches here. And in case you haven't figured it out, the secret main purpose of this journal is to convince as many of you as I can that the beauty you'll find down here is honestly worth the outrageous ticket price you'll have to pay to come visit me.)
