Hi, I'm Laura and I've had a lifelong obsession with travelilng.  From as early as I can remember, my wish was to travel around the world.  I don't know where this desire came from, as none of my family had ever been overseas, however I reckon I have my parents to thank!  I can still recall the excitement of the unknown each time the Kingswood station wagon with caravan in tow and our family of six trundled out of our driveway destined for the next camping or seaside adventure. 

At 19, I well and truly got the travel bug when I headed off on my first overseas jaunt, and ever since then I have found any excuse possible to jetset off to a new destination.  I just love that moment when I disembark the plane and know I have a whole trip ahead of me to savour a new smorgasbord of sights, sounds, smells, tastes and experiences. 

One of my other loves is photography, and over the years I've amasssed a collection of thousands of photos.  Along with these, I have a head-full of memories and stories and so thought it was about time I did something with them....
