Ingredients
500g puff pastry ( unleavened or leavened )
600 g (6 pieces) chicken drumsticks
300g mushrooms ( fresh or frozen )
700 grams of potatoes
150g onions
50 ml of milk
30 g butter
salt
pepper
vegetable oil

 

How to prepare this recipe
1. Clean potatoes , boil until tender.
2 . Finely chop the onion .
3 . Clean the mushrooms and finely chop.
4 . Vegetable oil to fry onions.
5 . Add mushrooms to fry until all the liquid has evaporated (approx. 15 minutes).

The story behind this recipe

We thought long and yet I decided to start just devour legs . I thought about the dough, and offered to take the legs in the dough, he said that they would like a hot dog. And I came up with a great idea to fry the mushrooms and add them to the mashed potatoes as a side dish . My brother refused , since he does not like mushrooms. Then I did not big trick , I still puree mixed with mushrooms and roll the dough , put the middle of the leg , the edges added mashed potatoes with mushrooms, tied with thread and put in the oven.
