    I fly off to Sydney, Australia on Saturday, November 1. The first item on my agenda is to celebrate the results of our elections on a warm sunny beach somewhere (knock on wood). Stay tuned for stories of my adventures.

    You're right Bill, the Aussie dollar is only .66 of US dollar right now whereas when I got my plane ticket in July it was 1:1...much better now, which is good because this country is DAMN expensive! Food especially, and hostels also. Cheers!
