The lack of developmental efforts in the region means that ailing patients have to be carried on strechers across the river on foot to the nearest medical facilities.

Returning Home: multitude of human forms cross the river at low tide.

The remains of the day: children play football in the distance on the river-bed at sunset while passenger ferry boats remain stranded in the foreground and background. THe other side of the river with the communication towers is where development has taken place. The opposite side is yet to see the benefits of technology.
