Returning Home: multitude of human forms cross the river at low tide.

Negotiating the low waters while returning home: crossing the strong currents on the mighty river bed with one's belongings to carry can be a daunting task at the very least.

The lack of developmental efforts in the region means that ailing patients have to be carried on strechers across the river on foot to the nearest medical facilities.
