Udo and I drove into town to Lewis & Clark Outfitters where we took a two hour rafting trip with about a dozen other tourists. We donned wet suits…but even though the river was very high due to the runoff from the excessive winter snow, the trip is just o.k. not spectacular like Udo and I were expecting. We did some shopping in Jackson (butane gas, baseball cap, sunglasses, sunscreen), ate subs for lunch, and headed back to the Gros Ventre Campground.
