A Journey Through Thailand

My Scholarship entry - A 'place' I have visited

The Elephant Nature Park in Chiang Mai, Thailand allows for its rehabilitating elephants to connect as they would in the wild, while promoting the reformation of trust with humans. Each elephant is assigned a caretaker who is there to feed, bathe, and monitor the elephant’s progress. However through the healing process, the bond formed between the two becomes unbreakable and witnessing their interactions was inspiring and heart warming.
