Born on the beaches of California, my Sagitarrian wings keep me on the move. Moved to New York as young man, and have walked the earth ever since. I love the world through the lens, but until I can make it my full time trade - I keep it in the classroom - teaching and inspiring the future generations. But rather than see an ex-student on the front page of photography success magazine. It's time for me to pursue the passions that I had when I was an ambitious student. Hopefully the World Nomads Travel Scholarship will be a start in the new direction. While a student filmmaker I lived in Africa and found that my still photography was always more fulfilling then my studies and my filmmaking.... Now I am always seen with a camera, every detail of each person, and their story draws me in.
