Justice, where are your scales?

My Scholarship entry - A 'place' I have visited

Pakistan | Monday, January 14, 2013 | 4 photos

I look at a globe and I think - how small is our world! When looking for longer and gathering information about dissimilarity of each small spot of this globe, I realize how huge an area it is to explore. But how dare I not use my lifetime to try to discover by myself all of these places?
My own spot on the globe is Warsaw, Poland. I work here as a scientist – using light I penetrate the world in nanometric scale.
I am addicted to taking pictures. What interests me the most was always human being and its story captured in its natural background. And this is how I combine photography with my passion for traveling. When I am taking a picture I have to feel the spirit of an image. My pictures have to talk. Or even scream.
Traveling for ten years I have visited a lot of places from which I returned with numerous stories frozen on the photographs. With each journey my pictures are becoming better. I want to share them with wider group of people, I want others to hear the scream from singular spots on a globe emerging from my pictures. Improvement of my technique under the supervision of a professional photographer would be a chance to fulfill this dream.
