Viewable only on a Sunday, (which was timely and highly convenient for us) this exhibition has the oldest recorder in the world, dug out of a cesspit under the Rathaus. THe wood has been dated from c1400. Thsi is a really eclectic collection with many modern reproductions, a few interesting renaissance and baroque instruments and lots of folk instruments from all over the world. No Australian ones though!
