What a fantastic train service here, quick, efficient, on time, frequent and reasonably priced. We are back at Ed's, but unfortunately Ed is back in hospital with an elevated temperature and breathing difficulties. He has had xrays etc and Nikki is with him in an observation ward where he is sleeping at the moment.
Later:
Ed is home and feeling better, but poor Nikki's birthday celebration outing did not quite turn out as planned. Not to worry, we had a very good take away feast at home and Ed's GP (and Niki's boss) very kindly called in to see Ed and bring antibiotics for his infection.
