Shelley Beach WA
WE'RE STILL HERE!
We awoke to the sun trying to burn through the clouds so we decided for one more day on the beauteous Shelley Beach.
Yes the sun has come out!
Today was our long awaited beach day with nothing but a new issue of Vanity Fair and our books to take our focus.
As the day progressed we were enthralled by the aerobatic antics of a group of para gliders and hang gliders that made use of the thermals that are created by the huge granite boulders and cliffs around us. Evidently this is one of the best gliding spots in WA.
The day has been sun filled and slow. A perfect Saturday - a day to unwind after the busyness of the work week. :))
We've been looking at the maps and are beginning to think we will never get out of WA. Best get a move on .... soon.
