Tree National Park
We
had a deliciously laid back start to the day with brief bouts of time
in the swimming pool and at the breakfast table. We then were in a
need of a siesta due to the 107 degree heat.
A
short trip out to visit a Cal Earth construction, adobe type earth
homes in the desert. Amazing. This is one of the building methods we are thinking of using to build our counrty home when we return.
We
said our fond farewells to Phillip and Scott and headed off with
Danilo to Palm Springs. We travelled through the Joshua Tree
National Park and had a totally unexpected adventure through the most
dramatic environment. Tonight we're with Danilo at his Palm Springs pad. We feel like movie stars!
